This company was formed for the express purpose of providing training and education to business leaders and management personnel in order to facilitate better productivity from their employees and an improvement in customer service. Ultimately, this makes a positive impact on their financial position. Our primary area of expertise is in the automotive industry, but the principles and theories are relevant to many other business. Therefore, while our client base consists largely of entities within the automotive industry, we welcome the opportunity to expand far beyond those boundaries.

One major facet of our operation is the development of new material and information. This new material is applicable to most industries and businesess that depend on production, sales, and customer service. We seek to continually update information and remain in touch with current conditions.

The idea for OnCourse was originally conceived when David Linton decided to retire from a company he had been employed with for almost 20 years. David wanted to make use of his expertise in the industry while exploring new areas of opportunity. More »
